After investing over 20 years in the Human Capital and Talent Acquisition world, the time has come to create and run my own firm. I’d like you to meet my newest passion in life- Wildflower Solutions!
During my career, I’ve been fortunate to meet many great mentors and colleagues while working for both small and large companies. I launched my career at Robert Half in Toronto and moved on to Korn Ferry where I learned the ropes of Executive Search. Later, I joined CNC Global and moved to Washington, DC with Clovis. Most recently, I launched a partnership that grew exponentially – Rockhammer Talent Solutions, located right here in DMV. I am particularly proud of the work we did at Rockhammer as we built this company from the ground up. We quickly made our mark in the government contracting industry and was named the 38th fastest growing company in America by Inc. Magazine in 2018. All of these experiences have shaped and taught me the best practices needed to successfully start and run my own company.
Wildflower Solutions is my opportunity to create a company that lives and breathes my Ethics, Integrity, Hard Work, and Passion. My goal is to leave a positive impact on every person that I encounter. And, yes, I will measure that!

The journey of creating a new company has begun once again for me. I look forward to doing business with all of the great people and companies who I have worked with in the past.
