Understanding Surplus Funds Recovery

How could this have happened?

Sometimes, a home is sold because the owner can no longer make the payments. The sale may bring in more money than is needed to pay off the debts and costs tied to the home.

When this happens, there may be money left over. This is called surplus funds.

The money may be held by a county or another office until someone claims it. but getting the oney is not always easy. There may be forms to fill out, deadlines to meet, and rules to follow.

You may not even know this money exists. That’s where Wildflower Solutions, LLC comes in. I’ll help you understand the process and find out if there may be money you can claim.

Sometimes, a new beginning starts with finding hep you didn’t know was there.

A few things to know…

Not every property sale leaves money behind.

Even when money is left over, it may not all belong to one person. Other people may have a right to some of the money, too.

Rules and deadlines vary by state and county.

We will review your situation to help you understand what may be available and what steps may be needed.

We cannot promise that money will be found or recovered.
