Mike is a passionate lover of many things.  Entrepreneurship, music and guitars, ice hockey, horse racing, fishing, politics and his family top the list!  His relentless pursuit of quality and commitment to detail have enabled him to acquire expert level knowledge and expertise in these areas- just ask him!

Mike has spent more than 20 years of his career honing his craft in Information Technology recruiting.   He has mastered the art of social media as a recruiting tool and has legions of followers on Twitter and LinkedIn.  He was recognized for his superior hands on client and candidate work which lead to management roles with three leading U.S. search firms – Robert Half International, Korn/Ferry International and Clovis.   His last company, which he co-founded in 2013, was named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America in 2018.   

Mike hails from Toronto, Ontario and became a US Citizen in 2015. He is a fine Canadian American and a proud product of the Canadian education system. Mike is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a degree in History and Political Science.  In 2002, he relocated from Toronto to Washington, DC for the love of a good woman.  He currently resides in Potomac, MD with his wife, Nicole (the good woman), Luke and Sadie (the kids) and their latest addition- a sweet and sassy dog named (Bob) Dylan.
